Matching prints and bright colors and designer labels.  Oh my!  Mrs. Carter is still hitting us off with fun fashionable glam snapshots via Tumblr and we just can't seem to get enough (well, I can't get enough).  It appears that Queen Bee, has put her Topshop finds to rest...for now, but has decided to grace us with some ultra-glam looks from 2014 Gucci Resort and 3.1 Phillip Lim.  

Check out Bey giving us life in a chunky statement piece and head-to-toe printed yellow Gucci ensemble (Werk that red lip Mrs. Carter, we see you!!):

And if we didn't think that she gave us enough with the yellow on-trend printed look, check out how sultry she looks in this feminine blue sheer polka-dot 2014 Gucci Resort  jumpsuit.  That necklace though!  I die.  Just gorge, I swear!!

I'm a lover of color in any season for any reason!  So, I absolutely adore the bright striped Gucci sweater Beyonce is wearing in this look below.  Her hot pink linen pants are a perfect match for that sexy but casual compliment to her bright multi-colored top. Score, once again!

Lastly, dressed up sweats made a huge appearance on the runways for Fall 2013, and I have to say, I'm kinda diggin' it.  For one, sweats are hella comfy.  Two, they work as a great camouflage (for those problem areas).  And three, they are now super glam and stylish. This is a win-win! Plus, anything that can be paired with a fierce heel and layered with accessories, and maybe even a leather moto-vest, definitely works.  And, we see it works for Mrs. Carter too!

Ciara Celebrates The GRAMMYs...Employee Accomplishments!!

Okay, so for starters, my work day (Thurs) was filled with lots of excitement and fun, to say the least. Not only was FREE FOOD provided (Yes, some would call me Greedy Gretchen. C'mon, who doesn't have an appreciation for food?) at our end of Summer Celebration and Employee Appreciation Day, but not only that, we were even treated to two very exciting artist performances. Our Glam, Ciara and the awesome Gavin DeGraw (such a wonderfully humble and talented artist). Actually, Ciara did her thing too.  I was very impressed.  I was really looking forward to seeing her signature pop-it-drummer-move, but she was more subdued this time.  It was different for her, but I was still feeling it nonetheless.  So...let's get straight to the point, I'm not really here to discuss her performance.  I'm sure what everyone really wants to know is, what she was wearing and if Future was with her, right?!  

First, let me just say that Ciara, is absolutely stunning in person (with minimal makeup), and much thinner (like model thin) than I expected.  She's tall too.  Anyway, she showed up with little longer than shoulder length semi-blondish highlighted hair, wearing a Chanel t-shirt w/four pics on the front (can't find anywhere online), leather leggings (so on trend for the Fall) a red plaid shirt (on trend too) tied around her waist and a pair of $2645.00 Christian Louboutin Monicarina Over-The-Knee Leather Platform Boots.  GASP!!  Love.  

Accessories were sweet and simple.  Gold chain with diamonds and thin gold rings on every finger.  She looked super glam!!  Loved her look from head to toe.  And by the way, I heard that Future was in the building (didn't see him with my own eyes)!  These two are sooo in love (I love, love). Happy for her!!

I'm loving the eclectic ease of Mrs. Carter's fashion sense these days, especially because she looks like zero effort has been put into her look.  As we so often get the chance to peer into the life of The Carters through intrusive paparazzi pics (and some personal ones too), we see that Bey has captured the essence of a well traveled woman, ready for all fashionable glam occasions.  Her style has certainly evolved from the days of Mama Knowles (we love you Tina, but we sure are glad you found Ty Hunter)!!  Yaasssss!!

Glam News: Britney Spears Strips Down to an Itty Bitty Bikini for "Work Bitch" Video Shoot

Yep, it's Britney Bitch!  

Sexy tousled blonde tresses (total bed head), an itty-bitty teal two-piece bikini and a chiseled body - that would be Britney on the set of her upcoming music video for her latest "Work Bitch" track.
Showcasing her toned and tanned physique, Brit-Brit posted a photo from day 2 of the shoot, where she's posing it up in her sexy two-piece with a pair of sparkly pumps. "#WorkBitchDay2," she simply captioned the picture on Twitter.
"Gonna get my tan on in the desert in between shots on the #WorkBitch set today. It's HOT out here people!!!! #desert #heatwave," the 31-year-old singer also tweeted.

The day before, she posted a photo of herself on the camera's screen in a black lace and gold bra. "Hot day on set… ;) A little dirty, little flirty, danced my ASS off. Stoked for tomorrow!" she said.

Beyonce was spotted this past weekend at a press conference in Brazil for the latest leg of her Mrs. Carter Show World Tour, wearing a Criminal Damage black t-shirt and cut-off jean shorts. Mrs. Carter accessorized with a chunky gold link chain and black Alaia platform lace-up booties. Looking well rested and fresh off of her European Bey-day vacay, she is definitely looking sun-kissed and honey dipped!!  Love it.  (Can you tell I'm a fan?!).  Ha.
