J. Crew + New Balance Collaboration
J. Crew + New Balance Collaboration by iamglam featuring New Balance
I am a fan of J. Crew and New Balance so of course I was excited to hear they were collaborating to launch an athleticwear line. When I saw the colorful collection, I was immediately inspired to start working out again. The collection includes shoes, pants, shorts, sports bras, tanks, tops, jackets and pullovers. The pieces has a price range from $15-$200. I chose some of my favorite looks that have the bold colorblock look. Most of the lineup features a moisture-wicking NB Dry fabric that absorbs sweat. That's a huge plus for me because I can go from the gym to run errands without looking sweaty. I'm definitely inspired to work out again and looking good while I do it. Pantone Reveals the Season's "It" Colors for Spring 2015
It's that time of the year, Pantone reveals the season's "It" colors for Spring 2015. The Pantone Color Institute is known for being the authority on color so for all you Glam Chicks that are fashion forward you will be ahead of the game for next Spring.
According to the annual color report for Spring 2015 there is a move toward the cooler and softer side of the color spectrum, which I love. Leatrice Eiseman, the executive director of Pantone Color Institute describes it as, "Soft, cool hues blend with subtle warm tones to create a soothing escape from the everyday hustle and bustle". I love her description which describes us Glam Chicks that are on the move & making moves to escape from that hustle and enjoy a glamourous life.
